The Graduate Scool of the University of Berne is a joint project between the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Berne, the Faculty of Philosophy and Natural Science of the University of Berne, the Vetsuisse Faculty, University of Berne and the Vetsuisse Faculty, University of Zurich. Ph.D. studies can be pursued in one of the following four directions:

• Molecular Biology
• Medical Biology
• Cell Biology
• Biological Systems

Life Science Zurich Graduate School, University of Zurich and ETH Zurich

The Life Science Zurich Graduate School is a joint project between the University of Zurich and the ETH Zurich. Ph.D. studies can be pursued in one of the following directions:

The joint Ph.D. program between the Vetsuisse Faculties of the Universities of Berne and Zurich has been replaced by the Ph.D. program of the Graduate School of the University of Berne. New admissions are no longer possible.
