At the 7th Poster and Networking Day of the Vetsuisse Faculty Zurich (October 10th, 2024), the following researchers from our faculty were awarded with a prize for their outstanding poster presentations:

•    Audience Best Poster Award: Nadine Angie Werlen, Institute of Virology, with the contribution “Unraveling the pathomechanisms of Equine Papillomavirus Type 2 using single cell RNA sequencing”.
•    Poster Award Section “Clinics”: Henning Richter, Diagnostic imaging Research Unit (DIRU) & VSF Stiegenhof, with the contribution “Personal behavior profiles - tracking dogs for welfare monitoring”.
•    Poster Award Section “Preclinics”: Antonia Isabella Dyroff, Institute for Veterinary Anatomy, with the contribution “A Comparison of RNA- AND DNA-Based 16S rRNA Amplicon Sequencing Analysis of the Equine Uterine Microbiome”
•    Poster Award Section “Pathobiology”: Nadja Fassler, Institute for veterinary Pathology, with the contribution “Establishing a shuttle vector-based transformation system for Chlamydia pecorum.”
